Since the change of ownership in February 2011 the house has undergone a complete refurbishment bringing it back to its original state.
Situated on the corner of West street and Esplanade Gardens in the affluent area of South Cliff in Scarborough. No.17 West street provides you with your perfect getaway to relax unwind and enjoy, be it for business or pleasure, we cater for your every need.

Check in hours are 2-5pm, any arrivals after hours will need to contact the mobile number to receive the lock box code where keys will be situated. There is a member of staff on site between 9am-5pm and someone is always a phone call away.
